DRAIPTerms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Draip ("Draip", "we", "us") for using the Draip app and website. By using Draip you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Draip.
1. What Draip does
Draip helps you get dressed: it reads photos of your clothes and suggests outfits, plans looks for days, events and trips, checks outfits and points out pieces your closet may be missing. Suggestions are generated by AI and are for inspiration only. They may sometimes be wrong (for example a colour read incorrectly or a look that doesn't suit the weather). Use your own judgement.
2. Your account
- You can try Draip as a guest. A guest closet lives on one phone and may be lost if you sign out or uninstall; save your closet to keep it.
- You're responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method (Google account or email) secure, and for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Draip.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. You give us permission to process them only to provide Draip to you (for example, sending a photo to our AI providers to tag it).
- Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission, or anything illegal or offensive.
4. Free plan and Draip Pro
- The free plan has limits, for example on the number of pieces in your closet and styled looks per day. When free AI capacity is busy, free styling may be temporarily unavailable.
- Draip Pro is a subscription sold through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Google Play account settings. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
- We may change features, limits or prices. Price changes won't affect a period you've already paid for.
5. Shopping and affiliate links
Draip may suggest pieces you don't own, with links to online stores. Some are affiliate links: if you buy, Draip may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made with the store, not with Draip. We aren't responsible for the stores' products, prices, delivery or returns.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Draip: don't try to break or overload the service, get around plan limits or payments, access other people's data, reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law allows, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Our app
Draip, its design, the Draip bot, and its software belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own, non-commercial use, under these terms.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Draip and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Draip is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that its suggestions will be accurate or suitable for you. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Draip after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
