Delete your Draip account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. Here's how, and what happens to your data.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

Open Draip and go to the You tab.
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2: by email

If you can't open the app any more, email nomanali7296@gmail.com from the email address on your Draip account, with the subject Delete my Draip account. We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

A guest account (never saved with an email or Google) can only be deleted from inside the app, because we have no way to know it's yours.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile and style preferences
Your closet: every piece's tags, and any photos you backed up to the cloud
Your looks, plans, trips, feedback and notifications
Your push notification token and saved location

Photos stored only on your phone are removed when you delete the account in the app, or when you uninstall Draip.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Backups and logs held by our service providers may take up to 30 days to clear.
If you subscribed to Draip Pro, Google Play keeps its own purchase records. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play first (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
